Down at the south end the ground shifts with the seasons, and your equipment pad shifts with it. That's hard on stiff plumbing and pump seals. A seal that's started dripping is worth a look, and we'll tell you what we find and what it costs before we touch anything. Pool pump repair.
Hard water leaves a crust on the cell blades, which is what cuts the chlorine output. Clean one on time and it's cheap. Replace one and it isn't. Salt cell cleaning and salt system repair.
Siena has been filling in for about fifteen years, and it kept going long enough that the city line ended up running through it. Some addresses here read Round Rock 78665 and others read Hutto 78634, sometimes only a few streets apart. Both sides sit in Williamson County, but the water isn't the same on both sides, which is why we test it rather than assume.
It also grew big enough to stop feeling like one place. University Heights and Salerno sit alongside it, and Carmel Creekside, Haybarn and Green Pasture fill in the newer streets over by the technical college. Pools at the two ends went in years apart, so what's wearing out at one end is often not what's wearing out at the other.

Siena sits at about 669 feet on the deep black clay that runs east from here out through Hutto and Taylor. It's a different animal from the thin rock over limestone on the west side of Round Rock. Clay swells when it rains and shrinks when it doesn't, and it moves enough to matter.
What that looks like in a back yard is hairline cracking in decking, coping that lifts a little at one end, and occasionally a plumbing line nudged out of true. The cracks are usually cosmetic. A line that has moved isn't, and it's worth a look before it becomes a leak.
The land here also drains slowly, so after a real storm water sits rather than running off. That carries grit toward the pool instead of away from it, which is the other half of why filters work harder on this side of the route.
We get plenty of heater, pump and salt cell calls out here, and we're close by, so coming out to look is no trouble. Siena is about five miles from the shop. Siena North Park and Siena South Park sit at either end of the neighborhood and Paloma Lake is about a mile west.
Limmer Loop is the spine and Highway 79 gets us to it, with no highway changes and no toll. Cottonwood Creek runs along the eastern side of the neighborhood.
Siena is large enough that the two ends genuinely differ, and we treat the north and south sections as separate stops rather than one. Old Settlers Park, Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resorts are back west along the highway, on the stretch we drive in on.
Siena is on the same run as a few other places we service. Chances are, we're already in the neighborhood.
