A pool inspection is $329. Lake Forest built out over about twenty years, so what's on the pad varies street to street. We go through the equipment and the pool itself, including the surfaces, lights and any signs of cracking or wear. You get a written report with photos the same day.

A lot of the older Lake Forest pools are still on tablets. Salt is easier to live with and gentler on the water, and the cell needs cleaning on schedule either way. Text us and we'll come out and look at your setup. That visit is free: a conversion has to be priced off the equipment you actually have, so we see it first, then send you a written quote.
Lake Forest sits on Eddy soil, thin and chalky over limestone, about 32 percent clay. It's steady ground that doesn't shift much through the year, so equipment pads here stay level.

We come in off Gattis School Road or Kenney Fort Boulevard depending which end you're on. Dyer Branch crosses the neighborhood, the Brushy Creek Trail is under a mile west, and Bradford Park and the Bradford Park Path sit about the same distance south.
