Cimarron and Shadow Brook sit on the SH 45 side of Round Rock, on softer water and shallow rocky ground. Both change how a pool behaves here.
Most homes here are on Brushy Creek MUD water, about 183 parts per million or roughly 10.7 grains per gallon. On the city side of town it runs 249 ppm, about 14.5 grains per gallon. That's a real difference, and most pool companies out here assume every Round Rock pool is on city water.
Your ground is steady and your runoff is moderate, so the work here's keeping the water from wandering rather than chasing what a storm dragged in. Water care.
Softer water than the city side means a cell that lasts, as long as it gets cleaned. Skip that and the softer water won't save it. Salt cell cleaning.
A heater tells you it's unhappy through the panel long before it stops. We read the code and fix what has actually failed. Pool heater repair.
Cimarron and Shadow Brook sit about two thirds of a mile apart on the SH 45 and Mopac side of Round Rock. They share the same water, the same rocky ground and the same way in, so we work them as one pocket. Both sit in Williamson County, and we run them on the same trip.
They do face different directions, and it shows in daily life more than in pool work. Cimarron looks east toward La Frontera and the office campuses. Shadow Brook looks west toward the Point At 620 and the Brushy Creek parks.
Text Us About Your PoolThese are steady pools on steady ground. Most of the work here's keeping chemistry from drifting rather than chasing what a storm dragged in.
$249 a month. We come every week and check the water and the equipment. You get a summary of what we found and how the pool looked. Weekly pool cleaning.
$189, covering three visits. If it went green while you were away, we can usually bring it back without draining it. The $189 covers all three, which is usually enough to turn it around. Green pool cleanup.
$129. Good before company comes, or if you just want to see how we work before signing up for weekly. One-time cleaning.
Brushing and skimming every visit. Baskets, filter and a water test too. $249.
Water care on a subscription, so the chemistry is somebody else's job. $119.
An hour with us so you can run the pool yourself. $189.
A DE filter stripped, cleaned and recharged. $169.
A pool inspection is $329. The ground here's stable but the equipment ages the same as anywhere. We check the pump, filter, heater, salt system, automation, plumbing, lights, water features and the surfaces. You get a written report with photos the same day.
Schedule a Pool InspectionWhat your pool needs here depends a good deal on which streets you're on.
On the SH 45 frontage side, looking east toward La Frontera.
Off West Creek Loop, a little lower and looking west toward the Point At 620 and the Brushy Creek parks.
The greenest stretch, a quarter mile from Shadow Brook, where more lands on the water than out on the open lots.
The eastern streets nearest Round Rock West Lake and the office campuses.
Plenty of the pools out here are still on tablets. Salt is easier to live with and gentler on the water, and the cell needs cleaning on schedule either way. Text us and we'll come out and look at your setup. That visit is free: a conversion has to be priced off the equipment you actually have, so we see it first, then send you a written quote.
This is shallow stony clay over limestone, not the deep black clay that starts a mile east. Cimarron sits at about 797 feet on Eckrant stony clay running around 42 percent clay, and Shadow Brook is a little lower at roughly 755 feet on the same band of ground.
Two things follow from that. The ground barely moves through the year, so pads here stay level and decks crack less than they do on the Blackland side. And runoff is only rated medium, because water goes down into the limestone fractures rather than sheeting across the surface. If you've ever tried to dig out here you already know the rest of it.
We come down the SH 45 frontage road, which runs along the top of Cimarron. McNeil Road meets the frontage road about half a mile out, and O'Connor Drive crosses SH 45 just past that. West Louis Henna Boulevard and North Mopac are the wider approaches.
Shadow Brook sits off West Creek Loop, with Oakridge Drive and Deep Wood Drive as the nearest crossings. Hesters Crossing Road and La Frontera Boulevard take us back east.
Creekmont West Park is a quarter mile off Shadow Brook. Smith Lake, Frontier Park and Chisholm Valley Park are all within a mile of Cimarron, with Round Rock West Park and Round Rock West Lake just past them. Rattan Creek runs about a mile and a quarter out.

True Flow is a veteran owned, family run pool company based right here in Round Rock, not a franchise with a call center in another state. We're licensed in Texas for residential appliance installation, which is what covers pool equipment electrical work, and we carry insurance on every job. Cimarron and Shadow Brook are on the SH 45 run, and we're on that corridor every week.
The other thing worth knowing is that we answer. Text us or call and you get a person, not a queue and not a form that disappears. We're at it Monday through Friday, 8 to 8, and we read every message that comes in, so if something is wrong with your pool the fastest thing you can do is send us a note about it. Photos help, but they're not required.
This books our $149 on-site diagnostic, the visit we start with for any equipment problem. Half is due when you book, and it comes off the repair if you go ahead. Looking for weekly cleaning or something else? See all pool services.
