By scheduling a visit, approving an estimate, or making a payment with True Flow Pool Solutions, LLC (“True Flow,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms.

Diagnostic Visits

Diagnostic visits are billed at the posted rate and cover time on site, inspection, and evaluation. If you proceed with recommended repairs, 50% of the diagnostic fee will be credited toward the repair total.

Estimates & Repairs

Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of service. If additional issues are discovered, we’ll review options and pricing with you before moving forward.

Access & Safety

Please provide safe access to pool equipment and secure pets during service.

Payment

Payment is due as outlined in your invoice or booking confirmation. Unpaid balances may delay service.

Liability

We’re not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or work performed by others.
