That means one company, one schedule, and one bill, with no handoffs in the middle. How much is a Repair Diagnostic, and is it really free if I do the repair?
The Repair Diagnostic is $149. We send a technician to your home to check out your equipment and tell you exactly what's wrong before we touch anything. You pay $74.50 when you schedule to cover that visit. If you approve the repair, that $74.50 comes right off your bill, so the diagnostic costs you nothing. The only time you pay the full $149 is if you decide not to move forward, and we charge the remaining $74.50 then.
Are parts and tax included in repair pricing?
Parts are. When we give you a repair estimate, it covers everything: parts, labor, and hauling away the old equipment, so you know the full number before you approve anything. Sales tax may apply to parts and certain services in Texas, and we'll make that clear on your invoice before anything is charged.
What if I book the wrong service, or want to send a photo first?
Either one is easy. Text us at (737) 259-7379 and we'll help you pick the right service before you commit, or sort it out before your appointment if you've already booked. We'd rather get you into the right service than show up unprepared.
Do you offer weekly pool cleaning in Round Rock?
Yes. Weekly pool cleaning is one of our core services in Round Rock. We skim, brush, vacuum, test water, and do an equipment check every visit.
Are chemicals included?
Routine chemicals are included in Weekly Pool Cleaning, Green Pool Cleanup, One-Time Pool Cleaning, and Filter Cleaning. Parts and specialty materials are always quoted separately.
What brands do you service?
We work on Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, Raypak, and other major pool equipment brands common in Central Texas.
