How long does a diagnosis visit take?

Most visits take 30–60 minutes. We check the issue, test components, and share your options on the spot.

Will tax be added to the price?

Yes. Sales tax applies to parts and certain services in Texas. You will see tax on the invoice where required.

Is the $95 diagnostic fee applied to repairs?

Yes. If you choose to move forward with the repair, the $95 diagnostic is credited on your invoice. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic covers our visit and troubleshooting time.

What can make a job cost more or less?

Equipment brand, pool size, electrical or plumbing updates, and code requirements in your area. We explain any changes before you approve.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, Apple Pay, and ACH. If you need an invoice for HOA records, we can provide it.

What is your reschedule or cancellation policy?

Reschedule anytime through your confirmation message or email. Please give as much notice as possible.
