Why we started

When Geoff looked at the way pool care was handled, he noticed that homeowners weren’t asking for anything complicated. They just wanted clear answers, dependable service, and the peace of mind that their pool would be ready when they were.

That’s why he built True Flow. It’s about showing up, doing what you say you’ll do, and leaving people with peace of mind.

Meet Geoff

Geoff grew up in North Carolina, served in the U.S. Army, and eventually he and his wife settled in Texas with their four sons. With three of them already graduated and moving into their own careers, Geoff knows how fast time moves and how important it is to make the most of the time you have together.

“I wanted to build a business that treats people like neighbors, not numbers. A service families can truly count on,” Geoff says.

Pools may be complicated, but taking care of them shouldn’t feel that way. Our approach is simple. We show up when we say we will. We explain what’s happening in plain language. We do the work right.
