Some waterfalls and fountains run on a pump of their own, separate from the one that circulates your pool. When a feature like that quits, the pump is one of the first things we check.
Other features have no pump at all. They're fed off a return line, through a valve over on the equipment pad. Nothing can fail at a pump you don't have, which narrows your repair down to the valve or the line.

You pay $74.50 when you schedule, and a licensed, insured technician comes out, finds what's actually wrong, and gives you the repair price in writing before anybody orders a part. Parts, repair labor, replacement equipment, cleaning, chemical treatment, and follow-up work are quoted separately when applicable and only move forward with your approval.
