Pool Maintenance Service in Round Rock, TX

This is our home town. We're based off Red Bud Lane in Forest Creek, which means when your pump quits or the water turns, you're not waiting on someone driving in from another county.

ROUND ROCK, TX

What usually goes wrong with a Round Rock pool

Most people land here because something's wrong. Here's what we get called out for most across Round Rock, roughly in order of how often.

If yours is on the list, you can skip the diagnosis guesswork and just tell us what it's doing.

  • Calcium building up on the tile line that won't brush off.
  • The pump is loud, running hot, or won't hold prime.
  • The salt cell has stopped making chlorine and the panel is complaining.
  • Live oak leaves and catkins filling the skimmer through February and March.

Text us a photo of what you're seeing. If it's something simple, we'll tell you straight away. If it needs a proper look, we'll tell you that too, and what it'll cost.

AROUND OLD SETTLERS PARK

Why Round Rock pool owners near Old Settlers Park call us

Old Settlers Park is the biggest thing in Round Rock that isn't a highway. Six hundred and forty-five acres off A W Grimes, with the ball complexes, Rock'N River, the Play for All Abilities Park and the Multipurpose Complex all folded into it, and the Brushy Creek trail running out of the back of it.

We're about four minutes away. Our base off Red Bud Lane in Forest Creek puts Old Settlers Park, Dell Diamond and Kalahari inside a loop we drive most days. If your pool is in Forest Creek, Teravista or the streets off Kenney Fort Boulevard, you're as close to us as it's possible to be.

East side first, because it's home. Red Bud Lane, A W Grimes Boulevard and Old Settlers Boulevard cover Forest Creek, Teravista and Chandler Creek without touching a highway. Gattis School Road runs west from there through the middle of town.

For the west side we take SH-45 or Old Settlers across to Sam Bass Road, Wyoming Springs and Great Oaks Drive, which is how we reach Cat Hollow, Walsh Ranch, Sendero Springs and Fern Bluff. La Frontera and Louis Henna Boulevard cover the south end near the outlet shops, and North Mays Street and Round Rock Avenue take us into the older streets around downtown and the water tower.

The only traffic that really matters is I-35 through the middle of town, which is why we avoid it. Almost every Round Rock route we drive uses A W Grimes, Red Bud or SH-45 instead. If you've ever waited on a company stuck northbound at rush hour, that's the difference.

What we do

Swimming Pool Repair from Behrens Ranch to Sendero Springs

Most of the repair work we do in Round Rock traces back to the water, which is why we look at the whole pad rather than just the part you called about. Most jobs start with a $149 Repair Diagnostic.

You pay $74.50 when you book to cover that visit. If you approve the repair, that $74.50 comes right off your bill, so the diagnostic costs you nothing. If you don't move forward, we charge the remaining $74.50.

Whether your pool sits near the Dell Technologies campus or out in Sendero Springs, we'll find what's actually wrong and walk you through the options before any work starts.

LOCAL CONDITIONS

What Round Rock water and ground do to your pool

Round Rock isn't on one water supply, and that catches people out. Most of town drinks city water, drawn mostly from Lake Georgetown with the rest from the Edwards Aquifer, and it picks up minerals moving through limestone on the way. The city's own report puts that at 249 parts per million, about 14.5 grains per gallon, ranging from 176 to 338 depending on when and where it's sampled.

The west side of town is different. Neighborhoods out toward Brushy Creek are served by Brushy Creek MUD instead, and that water runs closer to 10.7 grains. Same city, same zip codes in places, and noticeably softer water. So advice that works in Forest Creek can be wrong in Cat Hollow, which is the main reason we treat each neighborhood on its own rather than running one recipe across the city.

In a pool that shows up three ways: scale inside the heater, a salt cell that gives up early, and calcium on the tile. None of it's dramatic and all of it's expensive if nobody is watching the balance.

The ground here's thin stony clay over limestone, which is why every yard in this town has rock in it and why digging anything is a job. The upside is that it doesn't move much. Equipment pads in Round Rock generally stay where they were put, unlike the deep black clay out in Hutto and Taylor.

THROUGH THE YEAR

A Round Rock pool year, season by season

The debris calendar here runs backwards from what most people expect.

Spring. Storms, wind and the first warm water. Chemistry starts moving fast and a filter that loaded up over winter won't keep up with it.

Late winter. The one people miss. Live oaks around Forest Creek and Teravista drop leaves and catkins in February and March rather than autumn, and catkins pass straight through a skimmer basket into the filter. We're based here, so this is the month our own phone rings most.

Get the filter cleaned before it warms up, or text us and we'll tell you what your pool needs this month.

WHY ROUND ROCK POOL OWNERS CHOOSE US

Why we stay inside a fifty-mile circle

We could spread out across Central Texas. We would rather cover a smaller area and know it properly, and Round Rock is the middle of that circle.

Working one tight area is what taught us the differences. It's why we can tell you the water on one side of town behaves nothing like the other.

And in our own town it means the drive is measured in minutes. If something needs a second look, we look at it.

Nothing gets done until you've seen the number and said yes. And if what your pool needs is a warranty part the manufacturer should be covering, we'll tell you, even if it means we don't get to do the work.
