Across Teravista we see three different soils and a 130 foot climb, from about 760 feet at the bottom to 890 at the top. Clay content runs from 44 to 54 percent depending where you're, and runoff ranges from moderate to very high.
Practically, that means the same symptom can have two different causes here. Cracked decking shows up on the low streets, where the clay moves most. Teravista is about twelve minutes from our base.
The other thing worth knowing is that we answer. Text us or call and you get a person, not a queue and not a form that disappears. We're at it Monday through Friday, 8 to 8, and Saturday mornings, and we read every message that comes in, so if something is wrong with your pool the fastest thing you can do is send us a note about it. Photos help, but they aren't required.
