We're about a mile up the road in Forest Creek, so Sonoma and Lake Forest are among the first stops on most of our days. If your pump is making a noise or your heater has quit, we're not far.
Round Rock city water runs about 14.5 grains per gallon, which is hard. Add the tree cover along the creek and you get two problems working at once.
Hard water is tough on heaters. When yours throws a code, we read what it's actually telling us, then repair or replace what's needed once you've said go. Pool heater repair.
Plenty of the original Sonoma pumps are still running and plenty have already been replaced. A pump that's started dripping at the seal or gotten loud is worth a look. Pool pump repair.
Between the hard water and everything the trees drop along the creek, your filter works harder here than the manual planned for. Filter cleaning and filter repair.
Sonoma runs along the water and backs onto the Brushy Creek Trail, and the pools here reflect that. Shaded lots, a lot of mature trees, and homes that went in between 1996 and 2020. So you'll find a pool that's nearly thirty years old two streets from one that's barely five. It's Williamson County, on the Brushy Creek side of Round Rock.
We cover Sonoma, Lake Forest and the streets running off Trailside Bend. Kalahari is right there, and Sonoma Lake is a few minutes away.
Text Us About Your PoolThe trees along the creek are the other half of the work here. They drop through winter and into spring, and the pools closest to the trail get the most of it.
$249 a month. We come every week and check the water and the equipment. You get a summary of what we found and how the pool looked. Weekly pool cleaning.
$189, covering three visits. If it went green while you were away, we can usually bring it back without draining it. The $189 covers all three, which is usually enough to turn it around. Green pool cleanup.
From $129. Good before company comes, or if you just want to see how we work before signing up for weekly. One-time cleaning.
Brushing and skimming every visit. Baskets, filter and a water test too. $249.
A deep clean for a cell that has stopped producing. $99.
Before you buy, with photos and a plain list the same day. $329.
A full drain and pressure wash when the water is past saving. $549.
A pool inspection is $329. We check the pump, filter, heater, salt system, automation, plumbing, lights, water features, surfaces and more. You get a written report with photos the same day. With pools here built anywhere from 1996 to 2020, what's under the deck matters more than what's on it.
Schedule a Pool InspectionWhat your pool needs here depends a good deal on which streets you're on.
The southern sections running down toward Gattis School Road. Same water and same ground as the rest of Sonoma, with a little less of the tree cover you get up by the lake.
The streets ringing the lake, where the mature trees do most of the work on your skimmer basket. These are the shadiest lots in the neighborhood.
The eastern streets running toward Kenney Fort Boulevard and the Brushy Creek Trail. Open lots, more wind, more windblown debris on the water.
Where Sonoma meets Lake Forest Park on the west. Pool service in Forest Creek covers the streets just past it.
The northern edge closest to Kalahari and the ballpark, so we're through here often.
Plenty of the older Sonoma pools are still on tablets. Salt is easier to live with and gentler on the water, and with water this hard the cell needs cleaning on schedule either way. Text us and we'll come out and look at your setup. That visit is free: a conversion has to be priced off the equipment you actually have, so we see it first, then send you a written quote.
The dirt under Sonoma is chalky and full of lime, running about a third to half clay. That's the same lime that's in your tap water, and it's why scale shows up on your tile and inside your equipment sooner than you'd expect.
The good news is the ground here drains at a moderate pace, so you don't get the hard washout some parts of town see after a storm. If you want help keeping the water balanced, that's water care, and we can take the whole job off your hands with weekly cleaning.
Sonoma is about nine tenths of a mile from our shop at Red Bud Lane and Forest Creek Drive, which is close enough that we're usually there in five minutes. Sonoma Lake sits at the middle of the neighborhood, and Kalahari Resorts and the Brushy Creek Trail are both under half a mile out.
Getting in is simple. Kenney Fort Boulevard runs along the east side and Red Bud Lane along the west, so whichever end of Sonoma you're on, one of those two puts us on your street without touching I-35. Dell Diamond is under a mile north, and Lake Forest Park backs onto the neighborhood on the far side.
We work this corridor every week on the way between Forest Creek and the Old Settlers Park side of town, so a Sonoma call is almost never a special trip. Old Settlers Park, Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resorts are all within a couple of miles, and the Brushy Creek Regional Trail runs past the west side.
Sonoma sits in the middle of our route, not out on the edge of it.
Just south off Gattis School. Pool service in Morningside Meadows.
Every neighborhood, every zip. Pool service in Round Rock.
True Flow is a veteran owned, family run pool company based right here in Round Rock, not a franchise with a call center in another state. We're licensed in Texas for residential appliance installation, which is what covers pool equipment electrical work, and we carry insurance on every job. Sonoma is five minutes from the shop, so a call here almost never waits on the drive.
The other thing worth knowing is that we answer. Text us or call us and you get a person, not a queue and not a form that disappears. We read every message that comes in and we reply to every one of them, so if something is wrong with your pool the fastest thing you can do is send us a note about it. Photos help, but they're not required.
"High quality pool service at a lower cost. True Flow communicates clearly, cleans and services thoroughly and provides options for imperative maintenance and preventative care. My pool always turned into a pond during pollen season, but with true Flow it's sparkling regardless of the season...."
"I couldn't be happier with the weekly pool cleaning service. The pool looks beautiful."
"The True Flow Pool Solutions team is professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. I'm very happy to recommend them to anyone looking for help with weekly pool cleaning or pool repairs."
