Oakcreek, The Oaklands and Park Valley Oaks sit together off RM 620 on some of the heaviest ground in Round Rock. That's the part that decides what your pool needs.
Most homes here are on Brushy Creek MUD water, about 183 parts per million or roughly 10.7 grains per gallon. On the city side of town it runs 249 ppm, about 14.5 grains. Softer water is real and it helps, but the ground here takes back some of what the tap gives you.
Hard water is rough on heaters, and a code on the panel is how yours tells you. When one comes up, we find out what it means and fix what has actually failed rather than guessing. Pool heater repair.
A pump that has started dripping at the seal or gotten loud is worth a look. Caught early it's usually a seal rather than a motor. Pool pump repair.
Between the water and everything the trees drop, your filter works harder here than the manual planned for. Filter cleaning and filter repair.
Oakcreek runs along Oaklands Drive and Quail Lane, The Oaklands sits east of it around Oakwood Boulevard, and Park Valley Oaks fills in south along Park Valley Drive by St David's Round Rock Medical Center. Three names, one pocket, and from a pool's point of view one set of answers. All three are Williamson County, and we treat them as one stop.
The county has plats here from 1999 and 2000, and the lots are larger than the builder subdivisions further out. Bigger yards, older trees, and pools that went in across a couple of decades rather than all at once.
Text Us About Your PoolThese are large lots with mature trees on them, and Brushy Creek runs along the east side. That's a different leaf load than a newer subdivision gets.
$249 a month. We come every week and check the water and the equipment. You get a summary of what we found and how the pool looked. Weekly pool cleaning.
$189, covering three visits. If it went green while you were away, we can usually bring it back without draining it. Green pool cleanup.
$129. Good before company comes, or if you just want to see how we work before signing up for weekly. One-time cleaning.
Brushing and skimming every visit. Baskets, filter and a water test too. $249.
A deep clean for a cell that has stopped producing. $99.
Before you buy, with photos and a plain list the same day. $329.
A full drain and pressure wash when the water is past saving. $549.
At $329, on ground that moves this much, the plumbing and the pad are worth a proper look before you close. We check the pump, filter, heater, salt system, automation, plumbing, lights, water features and the surfaces. You get a written report with photos the same day.
Schedule a Pool InspectionWhat your pool needs here depends a good deal on which streets you're on.
Along Oaklands Drive and Quail Lane, with Falcon Drive and Field Lark Drive running off them. Mature trees and the most shade of the three.
East around Oakwood Boulevard and Oak Park Drive, closest to Brushy Creek. The creek side is where the heaviest leaf load lands.
South along Park Valley Drive by St David's Round Rock Medical Center. Quick in and out from RM 620.
West a mile, where the ground turns rocky and stops moving. Pool service in Stone Canyon.
Plenty of the older pools out here are still on tablets. Salt is easier to live with and gentler on the water, and the cell needs cleaning on schedule either way. Text us and we'll come out and look at your setup. That visit is free: a conversion has to be priced off the equipment you actually have, so we see it first, then send you a written quote.
This is Crawford clay running about 50 percent, which is the heaviest ground we work on anywhere, sitting at roughly 787 feet. Clay that heavy swells when it rains and shrinks back when it dries, so it's never quite still under your deck.
Runoff is rated very high on top of that. A real storm moves fast across the yard and drops what it carries straight into the pool. Between the movement and the runoff, the equipment pad and the plumbing get more attention here than they would three streets east on lighter ground.
We come out on Round Rock Avenue and pick up RM 620, which runs along the south side of all three neighborhoods. It's a clean route with good road the whole way, and we're on this corridor weekly.
The junctions people navigate by here are all on the I-35 side: North Interstate 35 at Palm Valley Boulevard, at Sam Bass Road and at Round Rock Avenue, with Palm Valley Boulevard at Sam Bass Road just past them. From RM 620 it's a short run in on Oaklands Drive, Oakwood Boulevard or Park Valley Drive depending which end you're on.
St David's Round Rock Medical Center sits right against Park Valley Oaks. The Point At 620 is about six tenths of a mile out, Veterans Memorial Park and Creekmont West Park are both under a mile, and Fern Bluff Park is a mile west.
Northwest up O'Connor Drive. Pool service in Cat Hollow.
South toward SH 45. Pool service in Cimarron.
Every neighborhood, every zip. Pool service in Round Rock.
True Flow is a veteran owned, family run pool company based right here in Round Rock, not a franchise with a call center in another state. We're licensed in Texas for residential appliance installation, which is what covers pool equipment electrical work, and we carry insurance on every job. Oakcreek is on the RM 620 run we make every week.
The other thing worth knowing is that we answer. Text us or call and you get a person, not a queue and not a form that disappears. We're at it Monday through Friday, 8 to 8, and we read every message that comes in, so if something is wrong with your pool the fastest thing you can do is send us a note about it. Photos help, but they're not required.
