Hidden Glen and Wood Glen sit together on the west side, and we work the Old Settlers and Sam Bass corridor every week.
Hidden Glen is on City of Round Rock water, averaging about 249 parts per million or roughly 14.5 grains per gallon. On twenty year old equipment that's the difference between gear that reaches its age and gear that doesn't.
Hidden Glen went in between 2001 and 2006. At that age the pump usually goes first, then the cell, then the heater. We test rather than assume. Equipment diagnostics.
Runoff here's the highest on our west side route. A real storm leaves quickly and takes grit with it, and your filter catches most of that. Filter cleaning.
You're on city water out here, which is harder than the MUD side. Heaters feel it, and the panel tells you before you notice. Pool heater repair.
Hidden Glen was platted in phases between 2001 and 2006, so it's an established neighborhood, and what's on each equipment pad varies more than the build dates suggest. Wood Glen sits alongside it and went in around the same time. Both sit in Williamson County, and both are on our regular route.
It's a dense pocket of pools, which is unusual for west Round Rock and part of why we're out this way so often. Walsh Park is about a mile, and the Round Rock Amphitheater and IKEA Round Rock are just over that.
Text Us About Your PoolAt this age the filter and the salt cell are doing more work than they were built for, and that shows up in the water before it shows up on the pad.
$249 a month. We come every week and check the water and the equipment. You get a summary of what we found and how the pool looked. Weekly pool cleaning.
$189, covering three visits. If it went green while you were away, we can usually bring it back without draining it. The $189 covers all three, which is usually enough to turn it around. Green pool cleanup.
$129. Good before company comes, or if you just want to see how we work before signing up for weekly. One-time cleaning.
Brushing and skimming every visit. Baskets, filter and a water test too. $249.
Three visits to bring a pool back without draining it. $189.
A single visit, good before company comes. $129.
A cartridge filter stripped, cleaned and put back right. $129.
A pool inspection is $329. The pad and the pool both have to be sound to get the most out of a pool, so we go through both. We check the pump, filter, heater, salt system, automation, plumbing, lights, water features and the surfaces. You get a written report with photos the same day.
Schedule a Pool InspectionWhat your pool needs here depends a good deal on which streets you're on.
The neighborhood alongside Hidden Glen, built over the same stretch and on the same Georgetown soil. The Wood Glen Community Tennis Court and the Woodglen Amenity Center sit between the two, and we treat them as one stop.
The original sections, where the pump and the salt cell have usually been replaced at least once.
The later streets, where more of the original equipment is still on the pad.
Where Hidden Glen runs into the Wood Glen sections, near the tennis court and amenity center.
The southern side along West Old Settlers, which is how we come in.
Most of these pools went in before salt was standard. Salt is easier to live with and gentler on the water, and the cell needs cleaning on schedule either way. Text us and we'll come out and look at your setup. That visit is free: a conversion has to be priced off the equipment you actually have, so we see it first, then send you a written quote.
Hidden Glen sits on Georgetown soil, about 30 percent clay, up at roughly 790 feet. That's lighter ground than the black clay out east, so pads here stay reasonably steady.
What it does do is shed water fast. Runoff here's rated very high, the highest on our west-side route, so when a real storm comes through the water leaves quickly and takes grit with it. That lands in your filter.
Hidden Glen is about six miles from our shop at Forest Creek Drive and Red Bud Lane, usually around fifteen minutes. We take Old Settlers Boulevard west rather than I-35, which is what keeps the drive predictable.
Once we're on this side, West Old Settlers Boulevard and Sam Bass Road are the two roads everything hangs off. The Wood Glen Community Tennis Court and the Woodglen Amenity Center are under a mile, Walsh Park is about a mile, and the Round Rock Amphitheater and IKEA Round Rock sit just past that.
We're on the west side every week for Stone Canyon, Behrens Ranch and The Plantation, so Hidden Glen is on the way rather than a trip of its own.
West toward Fern Bluff and the parks. Pool service in Stone Canyon.
South past Walsh Park. Pool service in Behrens Ranch.
East along Sam Bass Road. Pool service in The Plantation.
Every neighborhood, every zip. Pool service in Round Rock.
True Flow is a veteran owned, family run pool company based right here in Round Rock, not a franchise with a call center in another state. We're licensed in Texas for residential appliance installation, which is what covers pool equipment electrical work, and we carry insurance on every job. Hidden Glen is about fifteen minutes out, and we're on the west side every week.
The other thing worth knowing is that we answer. Text us or call and you get a person, not a queue and not a form that disappears. We're at it Monday through Friday, 8 to 8, and we read every message that comes in, so if something is wrong with your pool the fastest thing you can do is send us a note about it. Photos help, but they're not required.
This books our $149 on-site diagnostic, the visit we start with for any equipment problem. Half is due when you book, and it comes off the repair if you go ahead. Looking for weekly cleaning or something else? See all pool services.
