Oak Bluff sits right against Forest Creek, which is where we're based. A mile from our shop, and we're through here most weeks anyway.
Round Rock water averages about 249 parts per million, which is roughly 14.5 grains per gallon, and it swings between 176 and 338 through the year. That's hard water, and these pools have been drinking it for nearly three decades.
These pools have been drinking Round Rock water since the late nineties. That shows up on the cell and in the heater long before it shows on the surface. Salt cell cleaning.
Platted 1996 to 1999, so almost nothing on the pad is original. The second pump is usually where owners call us. Pool pump repair.
Mature trees drop through winter and into spring here, which is the opposite of what most people plan for. Weekly cleaning.
Oak Bluff Estates was platted between 1996 and 1999 alongside the Forest Creek sections, and it shares the same ground and the same water. Wilderness Way runs through it, the golf course is a short walk, and most of these pools are close to thirty years old. It's Williamson County, alongside the Forest Creek sections we work every week.
That age is the whole story here. A pool built in the late nineties has usually been through one pump, sometimes two, and the salt cell is rarely the original. What it needs is different from what a ten year old pool needs.

A pool inspection is $329. Everything has to be in good condition to get the most out of a pool, the pad and the pool itself alike. We check the pump, filter, heater, salt system, automation, plumbing, lights, water features and the surfaces. You get a written report with photos the same day.
Schedule a Pool InspectionWhat your pool needs here depends a good deal on which streets you're on.
The larger lots hugging the west side of Red Bud Lane, between us and the golf course. Bigger yards mean more tree cover reaching the water, and these are some of the oldest pools on this side of the neighborhood.
The neighborhood immediately next door, sharing the same chalky Eddy ground and the same Round Rock water. Pools here went in over the same stretch, so what one needs is usually what the other needs.
The spine of the neighborhood and the shadiest stretch. The oaks here do most of the work on your skimmer basket.
Lots backing toward Forest Creek Golf Club. Open to the wind off the fairways, so more windblown debris than the interior.
The streets closest to our shop. If you're on this side we're often a few minutes away.
Where Oak Bluff runs into the Forest Creek sections. Pool service in Forest Creek picks up there.
Plenty of pools here are still on tablets. Salt is easier to live with and gentler on the water, and the cell needs cleaning on schedule either way. Text us and we'll come out and look at your setup. That visit is free: a conversion has to be priced off the equipment you actually have, so we see it first, then send you a written quote.
Oak Bluff sits on Eddy soil, which is thin and chalky over limestone. It's the same ground Forest Creek is on, and the good news is that it barely moves through the year, so pads here stay level.
The catch is lime. The soil is full of it and so is the water, so calcium comes at your pool from both directions. Runoff here's moderate rather than fast.
Our shop is at Forest Creek Drive and Red Bud Lane, about a mile from the middle of Oak Bluff. The Twin Ridge Walking Path is a third of a mile out, Forest Creek Golf Club is under three quarters, and Forest Creek Park is under a mile.
Wilderness Way is the way in, running off Red Bud Lane and connecting north to Palm Valley Boulevard and Highway 79. The Brushy Creek Trail is a mile west, and Lake Forest Park sits about a mile and a half the same direction.
Old Settlers Park, Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resorts are all within a mile and a half, and the Golf Club at Star Ranch is about the same distance east. This is the tightest cluster of work on our whole route.
West toward Sonoma Lake and Lake Forest. Pool service in Sonoma.
East past the golf club. Pool service in Star Ranch.
Every neighborhood, every zip. Pool service in Round Rock.
True Flow is a veteran owned, family run pool company based right here in Round Rock, not a franchise with a call center in another state. We're licensed in Texas for residential appliance installation, which is what covers pool equipment electrical work, and we carry insurance on every job. Oak Bluff is a mile from the shop, so a call here almost never waits on the drive.
The other thing worth knowing is that we answer. Text us or call and you get a person, not a queue and not a form that disappears. We're at it Monday through Friday, 8 to 8, and we read every message that comes in, so if something is wrong with your pool the fastest thing you can do is send us a note about it. Photos help, but they're not required.
This books our $149 on-site diagnostic, the visit we start with for any equipment problem. Half is due when you book, and it comes off the repair if you go ahead. Looking for weekly cleaning or something else? See all pool services.
