Homeowner Service Terms

These terms apply to one-time repairs, installations, inspections, and education services.

Work is performed based on approved estimates. Parts and specialty materials are billed separately unless stated.

We’re not responsible for failures caused by age, corrosion, power issues, water chemistry, or prior work.

Approval or payment authorizes us to proceed.
